Gaming Keypads

This is a really good article. You have useful navigation and good description of the "gaming key pad". The commandment I would use from our list, if possible, would be a picture. I know it is a pain in the ass but an image of the key pad would make this page a lot more friendly and perhaps more credible in some readers' eyes; not mine though.

I liked your article, however I believe that the tone is a little too informal for an encyclopedia article. It reads more like a paper than a reference article. Maybe a little tweaking of that would work.

1. I think that external links would be important so that readers can get a good idea of what it looks like. Also, photos would be very helpful on the page itself.

2. I think articles about the gaming keypad would be very useful as support. Perhaps reviews of different types of keypads, overviews of history and usefulness.

3. If I stumbled upon this article I would expect it to describe the history of the gaming keypad, how it got started, what types of games it is used for, why it is better than a regular controller, etc.

1. I think the important commandments for you are going to be a) photos, b) subtopics, one for specs, one for uses, one for history, etc., c)professional tone, videogame topics often take a "fanboy" tone.

2. I think that research here will include history, which may be difficult, specs, and some sort of survey of current reviews/posts that tell us what the community thinks of this peripheral3. .

3. I think I expect to see a photo, a list of different models/manufacturers, and links to macros/other ways to use them.

Good work, looks like a solid start.

You've already got a huge start on your article so I'm impressed at that. I agree with Michael that there needs to be some sort of picture, even if its an obvious one.

The commandment that i can see you need to obey is the references citing. That comes with time, though.

Interesting topic. I think the style of writing seems somewhat informal. I was looking for links in the article that would show me what types of keyboards you were talking about. I found the links at the bottom was think they should also be incorporated into the article. Some research and references about how these new keyboards benefit gaming would be interesting.

1. use photos / images
2. comparisons, specific examples
3. future applications (possible) or innovations
